WegoBuy shut down in 2025–2026 and is confirmed as no longer operational. JadeShip's universal link converter — one of the most reliable trackers of active agents — lists WegoBuy under legacy/defunct agents alongside Pandabuy, which also closed in the same period. New orders cannot be placed and new account registrations are not possible.
The rep agent market went through significant consolidation in 2025–2026. Pandabuy and WegoBuy were two of the largest platforms and both closed within the same period. Active buyers have largely migrated to CNFans, Kakobuy, ACBuy and CSSBuy for 0% fee purchasing, with Superbuy remaining for premium QC service. MuleBuy has emerged as highly rated with a 4.8/5 Trustpilot score from 2,000+ reviews.
If you have existing WegoBuy links from community spreadsheets, the underlying Weidian and Taobao seller URLs remain valid — only the WegoBuy wrapper is broken. The Link Converter extracts the product URL and reformats it for any active agent in under 30 seconds. Old spreadsheets from the WegoBuy era are still useful source material — the sellers listed haven't gone anywhere.

Every WegoBuy link in a community spreadsheet contains an encoded Weidian or Taobao product URL. The WegoBuy wrapper is broken, but the underlying product link is not. To convert: go to the Link Converter, paste the WegoBuy-format URL into the input field, and select your preferred active agent. The converter decodes the WegoBuy wrapper, extracts the raw Weidian or Taobao URL, and reformats it for whichever agent you choose. This works with any WegoBuy link regardless of age — the seller pages themselves are still live.
WegoBuy shared warehouse and QC infrastructure with Superbuy — same warehouse facility, same warehouse staff and QC standards. For buyers who specifically valued WegoBuy for its QC thoroughness and return process, Superbuy is the direct functional replacement. The fee structure differs (WegoBuy was more competitive) but the QC output is equivalent. For buyers who valued WegoBuy as a zero-fee option, CNFans, Kakobuy, ACBuy and CSSBuy all offer 0% with comparable or better community integration than WegoBuy had.
MuleBuy has emerged in 2026 as the highest Trustpilot-rated agent overall at 4.8/5 from over 2,000 reviews — ahead of ACBuy's 4.6/5 and significantly ahead of CNFans' 4.2/5. For buyers migrating from WegoBuy who are looking for the highest-quality service available in the current market, MuleBuy deserves research. The platform operates at 0% fees and has built a strong reputation for QC quality and support responsiveness. It's not the most community-integrated option (fewer spreadsheet links than CNFans or HipoBuy), but on service quality metrics it currently leads the market.
If you have funds remaining in a WegoBuy account, contact WegoBuy's support channels immediately to request a refund. As a defunct platform, account access and fund recovery become harder over time. Document all correspondence: screenshot your account balance, record the date of your refund request, and keep any response emails. If WegoBuy's platform is inaccessible, check recent r/FashionReps posts for the current community guidance on balance recovery — the community tracks these situations and posts updates when resolution methods become available or close off.
The r/FashionReps subreddit and the Agents guide on this site are the best resources for staying current on which agents are active, their current fee structures, and community reputation. With both Pandabuy and WegoBuy closing in 2025–2026, the market is still settling — check the Agent Comparison for a current side-by-side breakdown of all active platforms.
